What will you do?

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the development and growth of our products in the DACH region. You will sell directly to growers, but will primarily need to build partnerships with suppliers in this region. You will focus on arable, outdoor vegetable and fruit crops.

By building valuable relationships, you will be our face in the DACH region. All the growers and companies are going to get to know you. Therefore, all facets of commerce are right up your alley. In addition, you will be our ears and eyes for our marketing and R&D department. You will be strategically involved in the continued development of our product and organization.

Who are you?

  • An education at HBO or WO level (e.g. agronomy, sales and marketing, agribusiness);
  • A network and knowledge of the agricultural sector;
  • You are entrepreneurial and independent and enjoy taking responsibility for the full sales cycle in your area;
  • You are able to convey the value proposition and vision of ‘SmartFarm’ to your prospects and educate them about the ins and outs of our platform;
  • You are skilled at building valuable long-term relationships;
  • You have preferred affinity for the agri business and IT;
  • You speak Dutch and German.

In addition to a monthly salary based on your personal profile and experience, we offer the following:

  • A commission plan based on direct and indirect sales;
